Lewisham Builders is a Lewisham-based multi-trade subcontractor supporting housing associations, property managers and main contractors across South East London. We deliver reactive repairs, planned maintenance, void refurbishments, mould remediation, decoration and general building works.
As a sole trader with over nine years’ industry experience, I provide reliable, compliant and high-quality subcontractor services within social housing and contractor programmes. I am fully insured, DBS-checked and experienced working in occupied properties and communal environments. I currently deliver trusted subcontractor works for Brockley Tenants Co-Op, ABC Housing Co-operative, Southwark College, and Acceptible face housing (AFHC) Lewisham.

Delivering reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and refurbishment works for housing co-operatives, property managers, and main contractors. Built a growing client base and established trusted relationships with social housing providers including ABC Southwark Housing Co-operative, Brockley Tenants Co-Op, and AFHC Lewisham. Responsible for project delivery, client liaison, compliance, and quality control.
Worked as part of an independent renovations team delivering full bathroom and kitchen refurbishments. Gained advanced skills in plumbing, carpentry, tiling, plastering, and finishing trades. Delivered high-quality residential refurbishment projects, coordinating with trades and ensuring projects met client specifications and quality standards.
January 2017 - June 2020
Started as a labourer with a construction company specialising in extensions and conversions, progressing into a skilled operative role. Developed core construction skills including demolition, structural works support, carpentry, and general building. Built a strong foundation in site safety, construction processes, and trade coordination.
Reliable Building Contractor with Trusted Trades
I personally manage and carry out the majority of the building work, ensuring a consistent standard of quality and attention to detail across each project. Where specialist trades are required, such as for Homogeneous Vinyl flooring installation and larger scale brickwork, I work with trusted contractors I’ve collaborated with for many years, selected for their reliability and high standard of workmanship. This approach allows for clear coordination on site and dependable delivery.
